Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that they
wants to plead guilt. They are identified by their advocate. Particulars of
offence is framed against them, to which they voluntarily pleaded guilty.
Heard accused in person. They submitted that lenient view may be taken
as they are only earning member in their family. Considering the nature of
offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the
accused & their age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused No. 1. Sahil Shahid Shaikh, 5. Mohammed Salman Khan
and 6. Adnan Issa Shaikh are hereby convicted for the offence
under Section 281 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay
fine of Rs. 1,000/-( Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default
of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days
each.
2. They are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 125 of
Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-
( Rupees Two Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.

3. They are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 184 of
Motor Vehicles Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-
( Rupees Two Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
4. Abovesaid Seized vehicle, if any, be returned to it’s original owner,
after due verification.
