ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The accused is produced before Jail Court today. Accused
is arrested on 20.10.2022 since then he is in jail for the offence
punishable under sections 419, 420, 464, 465, 467, 468, 471, 476,
201, 34 of IPC and sections 66(c) and 66(d) of I.T. Act. Earlier,
accused resist the sign on plea. He did not plead guilty vide plea
dated 25.11.2025. As the accused has not signed the plea, therefore,
today he submitted plea in Jail Court. Admitting that, he plead guilty.
He submitted that, he will not repeated the crime again in future. I
verified he pleaded guilty voluntarily. I have heard both the side on
quantum of sentence. Considering the nature of offence and period
already undergone by accused in Jail, I think following punishment
would be meet ends of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order :
ORDER
1. Accused Chen Po-Sho @ Wichen Chawang is convicted for the
offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468,
471, 476, 201, 34 of IPC and sections 66(c) and 66(d) of I.T.
Act vide Section 264 of the BNSS 2023 and the accused is
sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for the period
already undergone and shall also pay a fine of Rs. 100/- for
each offence in default of payment of fine he shall undergo
further simple imprisonment for 01 day.
2. Accused is in Jail since 20.10.2022 (03 years 08 months and
13 days). He is entitled for set off, if any, of the period already
undergone under Section 468 of BNSS.
3. The accused shall surrender bail bonds.

4. Copy of this order be given to the accused free of cost.
