Examination-in-chief by Learned Advocate Shri. A. R. Pargaonkar for
the Complainant :-
I have received the summons from this court. I have brought
the documents mentioned in summons. I have brought authority
letter issued by Branch Manager, Priya Shetty. The contents of
authority are true and correct. I also brought the certificate under the
Banker’s Books Evidence Act. I have also brought the bank statement
of the complainant having account number 00792000000363. The
said account is current account. This is the partnership firm account.
As per the bank record the said account holders are Praksh Jaysingh
and Vinod Jaysingh. I have brought the documents from the bank
record. All documents have the seal of bank and signature of Aditya
Dave. The bank account statements taken in my presence. The
contents of the bank statement are true and correct as per the bank
record. I have also brought account opening form and KYC
documents and Re-KYC along with copy of partnership deed. The
account extract is marked at Exh.41. The authority letter is marked at
Exh.42. The certificate issued under the Banker’s Books Evidence Act
is marked at Exh.43.

2. I have been working in HDFC Bank for more than Eight
years. It is true to say that the issuance and maintenance of account

not true to say that I am deposing false.
