ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The applicant in C. R. No.221/2025 registered with West
Regional Cyber Police Station, B.K.C., Mumbai has filed this application
to de-freeze its accounts. Perused application, say of Cyber Police Station
(West Division), Mumbai and Ld. A.P.P. Heard Ld. Advocate for
applicant and Ld. A.P.P.
2. It is alleged that, the informant was cheated and induced to
transfer the amount of Rs.1,93,00,762/-. It appears that, out of said
amount Rs. 2,29,000/- was credited at first layer in the account of
applicant. According to IO said amount needs to be recovered. The
applicant has not informed about the said transaction to the Cyber
Police. Considering these aspects, I found the applicant has nexus with
the crime. Hence, the applicant is not entitle for the relief as prayed.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
The application is rejected.
