ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the applicant/accused viz. Dilip
Pancha Chodhari for the permission of this court to travel Hongkong and
Guangzhou(China) during 14/06/2026 to 21/06/2026.
2. Ld. APP opposed the application by contending that, the
offence against accused is cognizable and presence of accused is required
for trial.
3. Accused alleged to have committed an offence punishable
under section 279, 338, 304-A of I.P.C.. He is on bail. The Santacruz
police station has filed the chargesheet against accused. He is abiding all
the conditions of bail and did not commit any breach of any conditions. It
is appropriate to grant permission to travel Hongkong and
Guangzhou(China) during 14/06/2026 to 21/06/2026. Therefore, I
proceed to pass following order :-
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Applicant/accused viz. Dilip Pancha Chodhari permitted, to
travel Hongkong and Guangzhou(China) during 14/06/2026 to
21/06/2026, subject to following conditions -

(i) Applicant/accused shall remain present before the court after
returning from abroad.
(ii) Applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and this
permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any rules
or regulations which the applicant/accused is obliged to comply
with.
(iii) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will not
challenge the evidence recorded in his absence and his identity
deposed by witnesses.
3. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
