ORDER BELOW APPLICATION (EXH.-17)
The respondent by way of present application seeking direction
to the applicant to produce details and particulars about Gold Field
Developers and Le Jardian Resort and Spa. According to the respondent
the applicant is partner of Gold Field Developers and said fact is transpired
from information available on website of the said company. Further,
applicant has not given information about Le Jardian Resort and Spa. The
applicant has suppressed the material facts from the court and it is
necessary to have the information on record and prayed for issuance of
direction, as prayed.
2. The applicant resisted the application and contended that, she
has no way concerned with the said companies. Merely, on the documents
obtained from the google search engine, which are not admissible, cannot
be directed to produce the same on the record. It is contended that, after
completion of arguments of interim application for maintenance, only
with intention to prolong the proceeding the respondent has filed the
present application. Lastly, it is prayed that, application be rejected.
3. It is to be noted that, the arguments on application for interim
maintenance came to be heard and thereafter, the present application is
filed. The record shows that, both parties have filed their affidavit of
Assets and Liabilities. Further, the applicant has denied her relationship
with the said companies. Therefore, it is not necessary to pass order
regarding direction, as prayed by the respondent. I would like to clarify
here that, the present proceeding is at the stage for order of interim
maintenance application. Therefore, I am in opinion that, if the
respondent wants to adduce his evidence in respect of said companies and
partnership of applicant in the said companies then he can produce the

same at the time of hearing of the proceeding. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order.
ORDER
The application is rejected.
