ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION, EXH.6
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The present very short application, filed under Section 437 of Code
of Criminal Procedure, for bail contains general grounds, mentioning that
accused is innocent and allegations are false. He will not tamper with the
witnesses. Therefore, he shall be released on bail. Though accused is
resident of some other country it is contended that he is resident of
Mumbai and other State and not likely to be abscond if released on bail.
3. Ld. A.P.P. vide his say, Exh.8, objected to it stating that allegations
are serious. Amount involved is high, etc. therefore, application shall be
rejected.
4. The grounds assigned are not in any way finding connection with
the contents of the charge sheet. The contents of the application are
missing the specific pleadings constituting grounds for bail and making
general contentions in this serious matter involving quite huge amount.
Active involvement of the applicant/accused noticed in the allegations.
No ground made out. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
Application is rejected.
