Perused bail application and say and intervention application
filed by Ld. Advocate for informant. Heard Ld. A.P.P. and Ld. Advocate
for accused. Accused Mr. Rohit Harikishan Arora is charged for the
offence punishable U/Secs.409, 420, 465 r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.
Prosecution alleged that, accused along with co-accused have cheated
the informant and misappropriated Rs.1,78,82,793/-. Amount is huge.
Though charge sheet is filed, offence is non-bailable. Therefore,
considering the nature of offence, the accused is not entitle to enlarge
on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
