ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The applicant appeared with her advocate who identified her.
She also produced her photo id. She submitted that she has settled her
grievances with the respondent. The applicant, thus, does not wish to
proceed with the case. She filed Application Exh. 03 for withdrawal of the
case. She admitted the contents of the application at Exh 03 and her
signature thereon. The applicant now wants to withdraw the proceeding.
Therefore, the proceeding will have to be disposed of as withdrawn.
Accordingly, following order is passed.
