jurisdiction of Dharavi Police Station, drove motorcycle No.MH01CW
5916 in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life and
thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.279 of the Indian Penal
Code.
That, you above named accused on the aforesaid date, time and
place by driving motorcycle without having licence and thereby committed
an offence punishable U/Sec.3 r/w 181 of Motor Vehicle Act and within my
cognizance.

JUDGMENT ON ADMISSION
(Delivered on 15th day of January, 2020)
1. Today, accused Francis Rajesh Macon is produced before Court by
Dharavi Police Station along with chargesheet. On particulars of offence
being explained to him in vernacular, he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Hence,
I hold the accused guilty for the offence punishable U/Sec.279 of IPC and
Section 184, 3 r/w 181 of M. V. Act.
2. Heard the accused and Ld. A.P.P on the point of sentence. The Ld.
A.P.P submitted that appropriate order be passed. Accused submitted that
he is earning member of his family. That accused does not have any
criminal antecedents. Accused is pleading guilty hence, it is prayed that
mercy be shown. Considering material and submission, I ordain as follows
to meet the ends of justice :
O R D E R
i. Accused Francis Rajesh Macon is convicted vide section 252 of The
Criminal Procedure Code for the offence punishable U/Sec.279 of
IPC. He is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1,000/ (Rupees One
Thousand only).
ii. Accused is convicted vide section 252 of The Criminal Procedure
Code for the offence punishable U/Sec.3 r/w 181 of M. V. Act. He is
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.500/ (Rupees Five Hundred only).
iii. The copy of the Judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
