That, you above named accused on 13.12.2019 within the
jurisdiction of Bandra Police Station, drove Kareezma motorcycle No.MH
03BG9114 in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life
and thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.279 of the Indian
Penal Code.
That, you above named accused on the aforesaid date, time and
place did act of driving so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life
or the personal safety of other and thereby committed an offence
punishable U/Sec.336 of Indian Penal Code.

JUDGMENT ON ADMISSION
(Delivered on 14th day of January, 2020)
1. Today, accused Maksood Ahmed Mohd. Fazal Choudhary is
produced before Court by Bandra Police Station along with chargesheet.
On particulars of offence being explained to him in vernacular, he
voluntarily pleaded guilty. Hence, I hold the accused guilty for the offence
punishable U/Sec.279, 336 of IPC and Section 184 of M. V. Act.
2. Heard the Advocate for accused and Ld. A.P.P on the point of
sentence. The Ld. A.P.P submitted that appropriate order be passed.
Accused submitted that he is poor person and earning member of his
family. Accused is pleading guilty hence, it is prayed that mercy be shown.
Considering material and submission, I ordain as follows to meet the ends
of justice :
O R D E R
i. Accused Maksood Ahmed Mohd. Fazal Choudhary is convicted
vide section 252 of The Criminal Procedure Code for the offence
punishable U/Sec.279 of IPC. He is sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.1,000/ (Rupees One Thousand only).
ii. Accused is convicted vide section 252 of The Criminal Procedure
Code for the offence punishable U/Sec.336 of IPC. He is sentenced
to pay fine of Rs.250/ (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only).
iii. The copy of the Judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
(Judgment is pronounced in open court.)
