Today Ld. Advocate for accused by taking the matter on
record filed the copy of order passed by The Hon’ble Bombay High Court
in Criminal Writ Petition No.1959/2025 (Exh.-4), wherein the Hon’ble
Bombay High Court pleased to quash the F.I.R. No.26/2020 of B.K.C.
police station and the proceeding arising out of said F.I.R., by order dated
21/04/2025. Therefore, in view of the order dated 21/04/2025 in
Criminal Writ Petition No.1959/2025 (Exh.-4), proceeding is disposed off.
