Order Below Bail Application
1. The accused has filed the bail application. Perused application
and say filed by Ld. A.P.P. Ld. advocate for accused absent at the time of
argument. Heard Ld. A.P.P.
2. The accused is charged for offence punishable under Sections
61, 204, 205, 319(2), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the BNS
and Sections 66-C and 66-D of Information Technology Act. It is alleged
that the accused has cheated the informant and misappropriated
Rs.2,04,00,000/-. Out of it Rs.70,00,000/- is credited to the account of
present accused. Prima facie this accused has role in this crime. Other
accused is yet to be arrested. Offence is non-bailable. Considering the
modus operandi and the nature of offence, the accused is not entitled to
enlarge on bail. Accordingly I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be sent to accused immediately through
the e-mail of the jail.
