ORDER BELOW APPLICATION C. C. NO.17/N/2020
1. The applicant/accused is seeking modification of condition
of bail order. The accused was directed to attend the police station on
1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. The accused is praying for
relaxation of said order.
2. The accused was granted bail on 22.04.2019. The accused
had been attending police station regularly in view of condition
imposed on him. However, the chargesheet has not been filed till date.
Ample opportunity has been given for completion of the investigation.
Continuous attendance of the accused at the police station is not
required for further period. Hence, the said condition requiring regular
attendance of the accused at the police station is cancelled.
