Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Perused
written argument filed by Ld. Advocate for accused. Accused Mr. Rahul
Mangu Tyagi is charged for the offence punishable U/Secs. 319(2),
318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the BNS and Section 66-D
of Information Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused has
cheated the informant and misappropriated Rs.40,80,338/-. The
amount is required to be recovered. Huge amount involved. Though
charge sheet is filed, offence is non-bailable. Therefore, the accused is
not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
