COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against accused before this Court by
Sr. Inspector of police, Bandra Police Station, Mumbai for the offence
punishable U/Sec.353, 333, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Copy of
chargesheet is furnished to the accused.
In view of Hon'ble High Court order in Criminal Application No.1146
of 2018 case is committed. The offence punishable U/Sec.353, 333 of the
Indian Penal Code against accused is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions. Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Bombay, U/Sec.209 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused is on bail. He is directed to appear before Court of
Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 11.02.2021.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay forthwith. The Bandra police station is hereby directed to produce
the muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay as
and when directed.
