Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard Ld. A.P.P., Ld. Advocates
for accused and informant. Accused Nos.1 to 7 are charged for the
offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w.
Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of
Rights on Marriage) Act 2019. Charge sheet is filed. Offence is triable
by this court. Investigation is over. No purpose would be serve by
keeping the accused behind the bar. Informant has filed say and
submitted that they have settled their dispute and she has no objection
to grant the bail. Therefore, the accused are entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Accused are released on furnishing P. B. of Rs.10,000/- each.
2. Accused to submit their address proof.
3. Accused shall not tamper the evidence and shall not pressurize
the prosecution witnesses.
4. Accused shall not leave India without prior permission of the
Court till conclusion of the trial.
5. Accused are directed to remain present each and every date and
in default their bail bond would automatically forfeit.
6. Accused shall not misuse the liberty.
