Amanjyot Anand  for accused appeared and filed application for serving copy of application to him  Advocate of applicant started arguing with him in loud voice.    Crowd gathered in court to see the matter.  Adv. Anand also raised his voice.  Understanding was given to both advocates to maintain decoram of court.
