ORDER BELOW EXH.1
A. The prosecution witness not supported its case. It is informed that
matter is amicably settled. Considering this aspect and nature of
allegations there is no point in examining further witnesses. Therefore,
prosecution evidence is closed.
B. No incriminating circumstances found against the accused in the
evidence recorded by the prosecution, therefore, the statements of the
accused under Section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedure are dispensed
