That you accused on 21.12.2019 at about 17.10 hours at Dandpada, Hanuman
Mandir, Near Sai Chavdi, Govind Patil Road, Khar (West), Mumbai, found using Stove for
the purpose of making Vada and Bhaji Pav i.e. combustible matter at open public place
knowingly or negligently omitted to take such order as sufficient to guard against the
probable danger to human life from any such fire or other combustible material, and
thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.285 of IPC within my cognizance.

ORDER
Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with which he has been
charged and requested for leniency. He has also submitted a written application pleading
guilty to the charge. His plea being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for
the offence with which he has been charged. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass
following order :
ORDER
Accused Biswagit Mukti Samanta, is convicted U/Sec.252 of Cr.P.C. for the
offence punishable U/Sec.285 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court
and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/ (Rupees One Thousand only), in default of payment of fine,
accused to suffer S.I. for 7 (seven) days.
Seized Property in crime be returned to accused.
Copy of the order be given to the accused free of cost.
Case is disposed off accordingly.
