ORDER BELOW EXH.-1
The Hon’ble Bombay High Court in Criminal Application No.
No.348/2026, by order dated 26/02/2026 (Exh.-8) pleased to quash and
set aside the chargesheet bearing C. C. No.17/PW/2021 arising out of
F.I.R. No.366/2017, of police station–Santacruz. Further, today Ld.
Advocate Shri Ranjit Singh for accused has filed on record copies of
affidavit made by the informant and the accused in compliance to the
order dated 26/02/2026 alongwith the copies of online google pay
transactions with copies of CIS system in respect of the proceeding before
Hon’ble High Court, which are at (Exh.-11) to (Exh.-17). Therefore, the
copies of affidavit (Exh.-11) and (Exh.-13) showed that, the informant and
accused have complied the order passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High
Court. Therefore, in view of order dated 26/02/2026 passed in Criminal
Application No.348/2026 and in view of (Exh.-11) to (Exh.-17) the
proceeding is disposed off. The bail bonds of accused if any stand
cancelled and proceeding is closed.
