J U D G M E N T
(Delivered on this 12th April, 2018)
Accused Gorden Israil Pinto, is produced before me from
jail. He is in MCR since 06/12/2017 i.e. last 4 months and 05 days. He
is voluntarily pleading guilty through application for the offence
punishable U/Sec.392 of IPC. There was only attempt of robbery as per
prosecution. Further, facts reveals that, applicability of Sec.392 of IPC
itself is doubtful. Because there was only attempt of committing theft.
The property involved was only of Rs.30,000/. Therefore, I pass
following order :
ORDER
Accused Gorden Israil Pinto, is convicted u/sec.241 Cr.P.C. on
his pleading guilty, for the offence punishable u/sec.392 IPC and
sentenced to suffer imprisonment for a period which he has already
undergone in custody/jail.
The accused be given set off u/sec.428 of Cr.P.C for the period
under gone in jail.
