1. It is true that till 2022 the business of our partnership was
being carried out with the accused. The business was about scrap
material. The transactions do took place with the accused till May,
2022. The accused has given me the share of profit till May, 2022. It is
true that it is mentioned in my evidence affidavit that the accused had
obtained loan of Rs.3,00,000/- from me. Witness volunteers that only
Rs.70,000/- loan was obtained by the accused. It is true that before
filing case in this Court, I had filed complaint against the accused in
Malad Police Station. It is true that in respect of that complaint my
statement was recorded on 07.08.2022.
