ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Read application which is supported by an affidavit of the
applicant. Applicant also submits affidavit of her husband viz.
Nishank Agraval, discharge summary and birth details of child issued
by the hospital which shows that the date of birth of the applicant's
son viz. AVEER NISHANK AGARWAL is 15.04.2020. BMC has given
it's report that applicant has submitted document and it left to the
court to decide the matter. In view of the documents the application
deserves to be allowed for taking entry about the date of birth of the
applicant's son. Hence I proceed to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. B.M.C., Mumbai is hereby directed to register the date of
birth of the applicant's son viz. AVEER NISHANK AGARWAL as
15.04.2020.
3. Proceeding is closed.
