ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Read application which is supported by an affidavit of
the applicant namely Amarthavalli Sadayan. The applicant
Amarthavalli Sadayan has submitted that male child by name
Sakthivel Sadiyan was born on 27.12.2012 at Unit No.7, Box No.51,
near Pritesh Kirana General Stores, Aarey Milk Colony, Goregaon
East, Mumbai400065, Taluka : Borivali, Mumbai. Applicant also
submits affidavit of her husband viz.Sadiyan Solamuthu alongwith
their adhar cards. Applicant also submits affidavit of witness viz.
Saroja Kannan who is present at the time of delivery of child which
shows that the date of birth of the applicant's son viz. Sakthivel
Sadiyan was born on 27.12.2012. Application is also supported with
hospital papers of child delivery. BMC has given it's report that
applicant has submitted document and it left to the court to decide
the matter. In view of the documents the application deserves to be
allowed for taking entry about the date of birth of son of the
applicant. Hence I proceed to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. B.M.C., Mumbai is hereby directed to register the date of
birth of the applicant's son viz. Sakthivel Sadiyan was born on
27.12.2012.
3. Proceeding is closed.
