ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION OF ACCUSED
1. Accused has filed this application for bail. Say called
from Ld. APP. In response, he has filed his say and objected it.
2. Heard. Perused record. Accused has been charge-sheeted for
committing offences p/u/sec. 118(1), 115(2), 352 of BNS, 2023 r/w. 75 of
The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Accused is
arrested on 29.07.2025 and now she is in judicial custody. Accused is
resident of Mumbai. Accused is ready to abide all conditions. Hence,
considering the fact and circumstances of the case as well as Guidelines
given by Hon'ble Apex Court from time to time in various judgments, no
purpose will be served by keeping accused behind the bar when she is ready
to furnish bail. Hence, following order :-
-: ORDER :-
1. Accused Smt. Rajashree Ravi Rathod be released on bail on executing
P. B. & S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only).
2. Provisional cash bail of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) to
accused is allowed for one month.
3. Accused shall not directly or indirectly tamper with the prosecution
evidence and shall not in any manner influence the prosecution witnesses.
4. Accused shall furnish her mobile number, landline number, address
proof and list of her two near relatives with their address proof.

5. Accused is directed to attend concerned police station once in every
month till filing of charge-sheet.
