1) Complainant has moved this application for permitting him to
withdraw this case.
2) Perused the record and proceeding of the case. Complainant has
filed this application for withdrawing this matter. It is stated that before
filing of complaint of 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., inadvertently compliance under
section 154 of Cr.P.C. has not complied. Therefore, he wants to withdraw
present case.
3) Complainant is present before the Court. I have read over and
explained the contents of this application to the complainant. He affirmed
that the said contents are true and correct and it bears his signature. In
these circumstances, application is allowed. Complainant is permitted to
withdraw the complaint. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the order below
Exh. 1 regarding the disposal of this case.
