ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
In view of circular of The Hon'ble Bombay High
Court bearing No.B(Gen)/1001/2022/714 dated 13.04.2022 the
Special Drive is undertaken today and on the occasion of Special
Drive matter is taken on board.
Perused the case papers. Case is pending since 2021
for appearance of accused. Ample chance is given to the
prosecution but prosecution failed to secure presence of accused
till today. Case is old one and accused is not traceable till today.
Hence, no purpose would be served to keep matter pending on
file. Therefore, proceeding is stopped u/s. 258 of Cr.P.C.
