Further cross-examination of C. W. No.1 Bhavanishankar Jangid on
oath, on behalf of accused by Advocate Shri.Subhash Chaplot :-
9. It is true that meeting of our company was held on 02.03.2023.
It is true that in that meeting the following persons were present-
1)Sunil Lodha, 2)Nikesh Shah, 3)Shailesh Sheth, 4)Nirmal Shah
and myself.
10. It is true that the accused was not present in that meeting. The
accused issued and handed over cheques to me. Now witness states
that the cheques were handed over to me by Sunil Lodha. It is true that
both cheques were issued as a security. It is true that I have no other
bills other than the bills filed on record. It is true that the total amount
of invoices is Rs.88,50,002/-. It is true that the total amount of
disputed cheques is Rs.86,95,280/-. It is true that the cheque amount is
less of Rs.1,54,722/- than that of the amount of invoices. It is true that
delivery challans are not filed on record.
