APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 13(3) OF THE REGISTRATION OF
BIRTH AND DEATHS, ACT 1969.
1. Perused the application, affidavits and documents produced
on record by the applicant. Perused the say filed by respondent. It is
contended by the respondent that death of sister of the present
applicant viz. Ms. Urmila Manga Solanki is not found registered in
records of R/N Ward of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate Ganesh Dikolkar for the applicant.
3. Applicant has produced copies of medical certificate of
cause of death, copy of certificate of body remove, copy of funeral
certificate of BMC Vasai Virar, copy of death report, copy of aadhar card
of applicant and his sister. Documents shows that the date of death of
sister of the applicant viz. Ms. Urmila Manga Solanki is 07.05.2019.
Evidence affidavit of applicant Mr. Pravin Manga Solanki is also filed to
support his claim. Applicant has supported his claim by way of evidence
unchallenged by respondent. In the circumstance, in view of Section
13(3) of The Registration of Birth and Deaths Act,1969, application
deserves to be allowed. In the result, I proceed to pass the following
order :

O R D E R
1. The SubRegistrar, R/N Ward, Dahisar (W), Mumbai is hereby
directed to register the death of female viz. Ms. Urmila Manga
Solanki who died on 07.05.2019 (Seventh day of May Two
Thousand Nineteen) vide Section 13(3) of The Registration of
Birth and Deaths Act,1969 .
2. Applicant is directed to submit his declaration to the effect that
he should not use this entry in any Court matter.
