Applicant/ accused Mr.Ayaz Ahmed Riyaz Ahmed Khan @ Saif has filed
present application for permission to go abroad for a job purpose. It is submitted that
FIR bearing no. 1536/2020 is registered against the accused for the offence punishable
u/sec.326, 323, 504, 506(2), 34 of IPC by Malani Police Station. Accused is ready
to face the trial. Applicant has filed copies of his Passport and other relevant
documents on record.
On perusing the application, it appears that the applicant has not
mentioned travel period from which date to which date, he has sought permission to
travel abroad so also not mentioned the exact place of destination of travel, hence, in
my opinion the present application is liable to be rejected. Hence, I pass following
order :
ORDER
The application is hereby rejected.
