Perused the complaint. Heard counsel for the complainant. I
have gone through the record. According to contention of the
complaint accused agreed to sell disputed premises and obtained
consideration of that property. Said property is already mortgaged
with bank. Prima fascia cognizable offence disclosed by the
complaint. It is necessary to investigate in case through the police.
The complainant complied with provision u/s. 154(3) of Cr.P.C.,
Hence, I proceed to pass following order
O R D E R
1. Call report u/s. 156(3) of Cr.P.C. from concerned police
station
2. Case is disposed off accordingly
