ORDER BELOW EXH.1
In view of order passed below Exh.21, the complainant does
not want to proceed with this case. Therefore, I pass following order-
O R D E R
1. The complaint is disposed off in view of application for
withdrawal(Exh.21).
2. Accused are acquitted of the offence punishable u/sec.138
r.w. Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
vide Sec.257 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
3. Bail bonds of accused are cancelled.
4. Court fee be refunded to complainant as per rules.
