    ORDER IN C.C.NO.388/N/2026
    Heard learned Advocate for the applicant as well as learned APP for
    prosecution.
    2. Applicant/accused Mr.Vijay Tulsi Das, Adult, r/o Malad(W), Mumbai,
    made application seeking permission to apply for passport. Against applicant, case
    No.1029/PW/2017 relating to offences u/secs.380 r/w 34 of IPC arising out of
    C.R.No.642/2016 registered at Malwani police station is pending for trial in this court.
    The prayer is only for “no objection” from the court to apply for passport, which
    deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass following order :
    ORDER
    1) The application is allowed.
    2) The court has “no objection” for
    considering application of applying for fresh
    passport of applicant /accused Mr.Vijay Tulsi
    Das, Adult, r/o Malad(W), Mumbai, for a
    period of 10 years, as per the relevant
    provisions and the conditions prescribed
    under the act, rules thereunder and
    government notifications.
    3) The applicant is directed to file a copy of
    passport, if received to applicant.
    4) Application is disposed of in above terms.
