Pdf Text: ORDER BELOW EXH1 IN NOTICE NO.247/N/2021
Read application which is supported by an affidavit of the
applicant. Perused the record & proceeding. BMC has given say that
applicant has submitted documents and it is left for the Court to
decide the matter. Applicant submitted photocopy of Medical
certificate of Cause of Death and Death report of deceased.
Application is also supported with affidavit of witness viz. Shehbaaz
Narpali and Sarina Turki who are present at the time demise of
deceased. Admittedly, the date of death of applicant's mother viz.
ABIDA KAMRUDDIN TURKI is 26.12.2019. In the circumstances, I
am satisfied to grant this application u/s. 13 (3) of R.D.D. Act.
Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. B.M.C., Mumbai is hereby directed to register the date of
death of mother of the applicant viz. ABIDA KAMRUDDIN
TURKI as 26.12.2019.
3. Proceeding is closed.
