ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO RENEW
PASSPORT TO APPLICANT VIZ. BHIMRAJ DHANRAJ JAIN
Perused application and say of I.O. and APP. In response,
they filed their say and objected the application. Accused had passport
no. K4565556 which got expired on 23.07.2022. Therefore, he wants to
renew passport and requires NOC of this court. He is on bail. He never
jumped over the bail conditions. Accused also undertook that he will
remain present before the court for hearing. As such there is no reason
to reject the application and deprive accused from renewal of passport
for 10 years. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1] Application is allowed and this court has no objection to
renew the passport for 10 years of the applicant as per law
and rules and due compliance thereof.
2] He shall not travel abroad without prior permission of
Court.
3] He shall submit copy of his passport issued by concern
authority to Court as well as to investigating officer.
