    Matter is kept in Special Drive. The complainant consistently
    remained absent and failed to secure the attendance of the accused.
    Despite the matter is kept for dismissal of the complaint, the complainant
    has remained cotinuously absent. The matter is old and lying on the same
    stage since long. There are no reasonable grounds to proceed against the
    accused for the offence mentioned in the complaint. Therefore, I pass
    following order-

    1. Complaint is dismissed.
    2. The accused is discharged of the offence levelled against him, vide
    Section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
