narcotic i.e. Ganja in contravention of the provisions of U/sec. 8(C) and
thereby offence punishable u/sec. 27 of N. D. P. S. Act.

Today Kasturba Marg Police Station has filed the Charge
sheet against the accused for the contravention of section 8(c) of the
N.D.P.S. Act punishable under section 27 of the said Act.
The particulars of the offence is read over and explained to
the accused. He pleaded guilty. I have verified that his plea is voluntary.
Hence I accept the same. He prayed for leniency on the ground that he
is poor and only earning member in the family.
Perused the record and proceeding. In view of this plea, I
proceed to pass following order.
O R D E R
Accused Aakibali Anwarali Shaikh, Age – 19 Yrs. is hereby
convicted under section 252 of The Code of Criminal Procedure of the
offence punishable under section 27 of the NDPS Act.
He is Sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2,000/ (Rupees Two
Thousand Only) in default of payment of fine accused to suffer S.I. for
30 (Thirty) days.
