1. I have taken education upto 12th. I am doing labour job on
BMC machine. I do maintain record of the transactions. I can produce
my purchase and sale transaction record of the company before this
court. I do pay income tax. I do mention liability and income in the
income tax. I do not remember the date when I first met with the
accused. It is not true that before dishonour of cheques, I was not
knowing the accused. It is true that I have no direct business with
accused. It is true that there is no written agreement or contract of
mine with the accused.
