Perused the application and say filed by IO and the Ld. APP. Heard the
Advocate for accused and the Ld. APP.
2) It is observed that the accused, as per say of police, is involved in
similar sort of offences registered in various Police Stations. However, the
advocate for accused filed pursis supported by copies of judgments and orders
showing that in almost all above matters the accused are acquitted. The
investigation in the matter is almost over. Custodial interrogation of accused is
not necessary. The trial will take its own time. It is not proper to keep the
accused behind the bars till conclusion of trial. Hence, the case of conditional
bail is made out. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
1) The application is allowed.
2) Accused is enlarged on P. R. and S. B. of Rs.15,000/- each or cash
security of Rs.7,000/- each on the following conditions:-
i) To submit I.D. and address proof.
ii) Not to involve in similar offence.
iii) To submit details of two blood relatives with their ID address.
