Perused the application and say filed by IO and the Ld. APP. Heard the
Advocate for accused and the Ld. APP.
2) The investigation in the matter is almost over. Custodial interrogation
of accused is not necessary. The trial will take its own time. It is not proper
to keep the accused behind the bars till conclusion of trial. Hence, the case of
conditional bail is made out. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
1) The application is allowed.
2) Accused is enlarged on P. R. and S. B. of Rs.15,000/- or cash security of
Rs.10,000/- on the following conditions:-
i) To submit I.D. and address proof.
ii) Not to involve in similar offence.
iii) To submit details of two blood relatives with their ID address.
iv) He shall not directly or indirectly contact the victim in any
manner whatsoever till further orders of the court.
