(ORDER OF COMMITTAL)
1. The Officer in charge after the completion of the investigation in C.R. No. 533/2025, registered with Pant Nagar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 303(2), 111, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in Short ‘BNS’) with Section 50,177 of M.V. Act has filed report (Charge Sheet) under Section 193 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Accused are in Judicial Custody and produced before the Jail Court.
3. The provisions of Section 230 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023  are complied with the copies of the Police Report, documents and statements of witnesses are supplied to the accused.
4. The offence punishable under Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. Hence, the case is committed for trial to the Honurable Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.
5. The record of the case and the documents and the articles, if any, which are to be produced in the evidence be sent to the Honurable Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai.
