1] This is an application filed by applicant alongwith affidavit
(Exhibit-8 ) under Section 23 read with section 18 of the Protection of Women
from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter in short 'D.V.Act') in order to
pass the interim protection order thereby prohibiting respondent from
committing act of domestic violence.
2] It is the mentioned in the application that respondent on
01.07.2026 at 9.00 P.M. came to the house of mother of applicant and
requested applicant to reside with him. But applicant refused and therefore,
respondent started abusing applicant and also started beating applicant.
Applicant and mother of the applicant are present in the court and both are
weeping on the ground that father of the applicant is expired before two years
and there is no one to support her. Applicant also submitted that respondent is
not allowing her to work and comes at her job place and beat and abused her.
Hence, applicant is under threat and she has apprehension in her mind about
the act of domestic violence on the part of the respondent. The application is
supported by affidavit and therefore, in my considered opinion it is necessary
to pass Ex-parte Ad- Interim Protection order. Hence, I pass the following
order.
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. The Ex-parte Ad- Interim order is hereby passed and respondent
No.1 Akshay Gaurm Daware is hereby prohibited from committing any act of
domestic violence, also prohibited from using abusive words or beating to

applicant and her mother at the residence of mother of applicant at Old
Ramabai, Sahakar Nagar, V. M. Marg, Behind Old R.T.O. Ghatkopar (East),
Mumbai – 400 077 and further prohibited from entering the place of
employment of applicant.
3. Copy of this order shall be supplied to the applicant, respondent
free of cost and one copy shall be send to the Pantnagar Police Station and
Protection Officer for necessary action.
4. Issue notice to respondent No. 1as to why the said Ex-parte Ad-
interim order should not be confirmed.
