    ORDER BELOW EXH-1
    The complaint is filed under section 227 of BNSS alleging
    commission of offences punishable under sections 314, 316, 318, 319,
    321 of BNS.
    2. As per the allegations made in the complaint the
    complainant claims to have been misappropriated the property of
    complainant company, committed criminal breach of trust, cheating and
    and also dishonestly or fraudulently preventing debts being available for
    creditors.
    3. Considering the circumstances on record as the accusations
    are well founded. Therefore, accused is hereby called upon to file reply
    as to why the process under section 227 of BNSS for the offences
    punishable under sections 314, 316, 318, 319, 321 of BNS should not
    be issued against him. Therefore issue show cause notice to the
    accused.
