i) Perused application of accused Amar Lalchand Lagade. I.O.
and Ld. A.P.P. has filed her say.
ii) Heard Counsel for accused. Accused is arrested in L.A.C.No.
272/2022 u/sec. 8(c) r/w 20 of N.D.P.S.Act. Counsel for accused
submitted that accused is falsely implicated. He is innocent. He is
permanent resident of Mumbai. He will not abscond, he will not
tamper the prosecution evidence. He be released on suitable terms
and conditions.
iii) Trial will take its own time. No purpose will be served to
keep accused behind bars. Therefore, I pass following order :
ORDER
1) Bail application of accused is allowed.
2) Accused Pramod Prakash Gaikwad be released on execution
of PB and SB of Rs.15,000/(Rs. Fifteen Thousand only). Provisional
cash bail of Rs.15,000/ is allowed upto two weeks. Accused shall
submit his gas connection numbers/ bank account numbers with
documentary proof.
3) He shall not tamper with prosecution evidence and shall not
pressurize prosecution witnesses.
4) Accused before being released on bail shall submit her detail
residential addresses and the addresses of the place of work, if any.
Accused shall also produce documentary proof of showing the
correctness of the details produced by him.
5) It shall be mandatory for accused and every surety as a
condition for grant of bail that, the accused and sureties must
necessarily inform the police authorities as well as this Court the
change of their residential address while the accused is on bail. The

change of residential address should be immediately intimated
either by the accused or by the sureties as the case may be or by
both.
6) After submission of these two documents the concerned
police station shall conduct physical verification of the residential
address so as to confirm the address appearing on these documents
and place before the court a certificate to that effect under the
signature of the S.H.O. Judicial clerk to issue letter accordingly.
7) Accused shall report on every Saturday between 11:00 a.m.to
12:00 noon to the concerned police station till filing of chargesheet.
