1. The proceedings have been filed under Protection of Women from
Domestic Violence Act.
2. Vide Exh. 11 dt. 27.9.2021 both the parties had sought time to
settle the matter. It was referred for mediation. Today mediation report
(Exh. 14) is received regarding both sides having amicably settled the
matter. Consent terms (Exh. 13) are filed on record. They are signed by
the husband and wife involved in the proceeding. I verified from them
that the consent terms are voluntary. The applicant has also moved
withdrawal application (Exh. 12) in view of consent terms (Exh. 13).
Copy of her aadhar card is filed alongwith the application (Exh. 12).
Original aadhar card were seen. Alongwith consent terms (Exh. 13 )
there is annexed copies of cheques, list of articles, and things exchanged
between parties which find detail mentioned in consent terms (Exh.
13).
3] In view of above the matter stands settled. Hence, permitted to
be withdrawn as per Exh.12. Respondent side is discharged.
Proceedings closed. Papers filed. Withdrawal application (Exh.12),
consent terms (Exh. 13), mediation report (Exh. 14) be filed alongwith
Exh. 1.
