ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT-1
1] Today, the applicant is absent when called out. The Ld.
Advocate of the applicant is also absent. This matter is pending since long
without any progress. The matter was kept for dismissal. Matter is old one
and the applicant did not appear before the court and no effective steps
are taken to proceed with this matter. It seems that the applicant is not
interested in proceeding further with the case and therefore, it is
necessary to dispose of the present matter in special drive which is held as
per Letter No. : B(Gen)-1001/2024/1554, dated 22.08.2024 issued by
Hon'ble Registrar (Inspection-I) and Letter No. 4647/2024, dated
26.08.2024 issued by Hon'ble C.M.M. to this Court.
2] In view of above discussions, I am of the opinion that the
present matter was kept for order of dismissal by passing order below
Exhibit-1 dated 20.09.2024 but still no steps have been taken by the
applicant to proceed further. Hence, in my considered opinion, since
applicant is not interested in proceeding further and therefore, it will be
just and proper to dispose of the matter. In the result, I proceed to pass
following order ;
-: O R D E R :-
1. The application is hereby dismissed for want of the prosecution.
2. Any interim order or any order passed in the proceeding shall
stands vacated and the proceeding is hereby closed.
