WITH CRIME NO. 275/2023 OF TILAK NAGAR POLICE STATION
1) The accused has moved this application for praying to
release himself on bail under section 437 of the Cr.P.C.
2) Read the application and say filed by Investigation Officer
& APP.
3) Heard the learned Advocate of the accused and APP.
4) On reading of first information report and remand report
of accused, it seen that accused assaulted the informant by the knife
on his left hand wrist and little finger of right hand and thereby,
caused grievous injury to him. On reading of F.I.R. of this crime, it
seen the informant specifically stated overt acts done by the accused
in commission of alleged offence and which is so serious offence.
Therefore, accusations made against the accused is well founded.
Hence, considering seriousness of offence, I do not find that it is
proper to allow this application.
5) In the light of aforesaid discussion, I hold that this is not
fit case to grant bail to the accused. In the result, this application is
liable to be rejected and thereby, following order is passed.

1) This application is hereby rejected.
