    Perused complaint. Heard Learned advocate for the
    complainant. As per the allegations the accused forged Deed of
    RetirementcumAdmission purported to be executed by his father. There is
    compliance of section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The affidavit is
    also filed by the complainant in support of the complaint. Allegations made
    in the complaint disclosed commission of cognizable offence. Hence, the
    complaint will have to sent to the police of Pant Nagar police station for
    investigation under section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
    Hence, I pass following order.
    ORDER
    i] The complaint be sent to the police of Pant Nagar police
    station for investigation under section 156 (3) of the
    Criminal Procedure Code.
    ii] The Police of Pant Nagar police station are directed to treat
    this complaint as FIR and investigate the matter vide section
    156 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code and submit report to
    this Court.
    iii] The proceeding is closed.
