The complainant is present alongwith Advocate in National Lok-
Adalat held on 13/12/2025. They have filed pursis to withdraw the
complaint. Both of them voluntarily admitted correctness of the contents of
withdrawal pursis. The complainant is identified by her advocate. Hence,
in view of pursis to withdraw the complaint, award and orders passed
thereon, the complaint is disposed off as withdrawn in National Lok-Adalat
held on 13/12/2025.
The accused is acquitted of offence u/s. 138 of the Negotiable
Instruments Act, 1881.
